What does it take to move into the US events market? Founder of Sleek, Jennifer Davidson, talks us through why her marketing agency chose to take on the American Challenge.  


2024 has been a banner year for events agency Sleek - in March, they repositioned themselves from an events business to a full-service experience marketing agency, before announcing a newly structured leadership team in April. In September they scored the hiring coup of Steve Austen-Brown as their first Creative Director. Now, they've solidified their growth by expanding into the US market. 

It's easy to spot the challenges of the US events industry: its modus operandi is rapidly evolving in the face of post-COVID workforce dynamics, and digital transformation. It can be difficult to maintain genuine human connections amidst technological advancements.
