NEWS: Huge growth predicted for incentive travel, with bigger spend per head

The 2025 Incentive Travel Index is projecting huge growth through 2026 with bigger budgets, use of generative AI and new destinations on the cards.
This is the seventh year, IRF and the SITE Foundation collaborated on the Incentive Travel Index, to create their annual report on the state of incentive travel, as it stands and how it is projected to evolve.
Their key takeaway? Growth is projected for the incentive travel industry through 2026, with 45% of buyers expecting incentive travel activity to be above or significantly above 2024 levels. And in more good news, 55% expect spending increases to match inflation or improve programmes.
